FRANK NAEYMI-RAD
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Naeymi-Rad is President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc. He was co-founder of Intelligent Medical Systems, Inc., which was sold to Glaxo in 1994, in addition to other entrepreneurial ventures. He has been nominated for special recognition by the Oracle Corporation Smithsonian Award in the category of Medicine. Dr. Naeymi-Rad is a member of numerous professional organizations, as well as author and co-author of numerous peer reviewed publications in the field of Medical Informatics. His degrees are from Southern Illinois University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, the latter a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
ANDREW S. KANTER
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kanter received both his medical degree and public health degree from Harvard University in 1991. He completed his medical residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle in 1994. He was Chief Medical Resident at Providence Hospital in Seattle from 1994-1995. He was Board Certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in International Health, Infectious Disease and Medical Informatics. Dr. Kanter has published articles in these areas as well as the application of information technology to healthcare and research. He has been with the company since its inception and had been both President and COO of the company.
REGIS CHARLOT
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Charlot is both IMO's chief architect and leader of its technology and software organization. He has worked with some of the major healthcare organizations in the Chicago area and was part of the initial team at Intelligent Medical Objects. His degrees are from the University of Angers and Loyola University of Chicago.
DIANE DONAHUE
Comptroller
Mrs. Donahue has been IMO's Comptroller since the company's inception. She is also responsible for all HR and facilities matters at the company. Her degrees are from Marquette University and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
DAN DUNN
Director of Sales
Mr. Dunn is responsible for all of the company's product and product-related sales, both direct and indirect. He came to IMO from the Tribune Company where he was Director, National Advertising, for the Chicago Tribune, responsible for $140 million in revenue. Before the Chicago Tribune he was with Business Week. Mr. Dunn graduated from the University of Illinois.
DAVID HAINES
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Haines has been with Intelligent Medical Objects since 1994, holding a variety of client-facing and internal technology and management roles. He is currently responsible for the company's hosting business and its iHealthSearch, iHL7, and associated products. His degrees are from Lake Forest College and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
FRED "CHIP" MASARIE, JR.
Enterprise Terminology Management Architect
Dr. Masarie has held senior informatics positions with GE Medical Systems, MedicaLogic, First DataBank, and Camdat, co-founding the latter firm. He received his BA from the University of Oregon; his MD is from Oregon Health Sciences University. He was surgical resident and on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh.
